There are three changes you will need to make to your Oulook Express Email program when we upgrade to our new system 1. In your email account your username will be changed to your whole email address, i.e. yourname@onehop.com Your password should remain the same 2. In your email account under the server tab you will need to change the incoming Pop3 server from Pop3.onehop.com to mail.onehop.com. 3. Next, change the outgoing smtp server name from smtp.onehop.com to mail.onehop.com Note: to make these changes in your Outlook program, click on tools at
the top, then click on accounts. Highlight your email account in
the box and click on properties on the right. Then do step 1. where
you see your username and steps 2. and 3. by clicking on the server tab at the
top of the window. |
